Arriving at the Venue |
Delegates are expected to make their own way to the venue of the programme.
Registration starts at 9.30am. The programme kicks off at 10am prompt.
Consequently, we urge all delegates to please arrive at the venue well in time.

There are forms that need to be completed well in advance of the programme.
Please register here and then go on to complete the
forms here. While completing the forms, it is essential
that you save each completed page before going on to the next. Please ensure no
question is left unanswered. For questions not applicable to you, please
indicate so by writing 'NA' or choosing the 'Not Applicable' option.

Payment Methods
The delegate's fee for the programme covers accommodation, feeding, and use of hall(s) for the duration of the programme.
The fee is
£250 (all inclusive) for single occupancy for Early Birds (payment made on or before August 26th 2016) or £300 for late registration (payment made after August 26th 2016) and
£225 per person for shared occupancy i.e. £450
for two people sharing a double/twin room for Early Birds (payment made on or before August 26th 2016) or £500 for late registration (payment made after August 26th 2016)
Attendance is confirmed on payment of the relevant fee.

3. Cheque payment:
Cheque in favour of 'Living Faith Foundation', and sent to No. 16 Beech Road, Off Fellows Lane, Harborne, Birmingham, B17 9TD.
Or cheque in favour of 'Jesus House' and sent to The Jesus House Centre, 112 Brent Terrace, Brent Cross NW2 1LT.
If paying by cheque please allow enough time for the cheque to clear well before the programme.
Bank charges for returned cheques will be charged to the delegate(s) concerned.
4. Cash payment can be made at Living Faith Foundation or at Jesus House - see addresses above.
Once you have registered and made payment, please notify the LFF Sorting Out Team or the Jesus House Sorting Out team, as applicable.
