Arriving at the Venue |
Delegates are expected to make their own way to the venue of the programme.
Registration starts at 9.30am. The programme kicks off at 10am prompt.
Consequently, we urge all delegates to please arrive at the venue well in time.

There are forms that need to be completed well in advance of the programme.
Please register here and then go on to complete the
forms here. While completing the forms, it is essential
that you save each completed page before going on to the next. Please ensure no
question is left unanswered. For questions not applicable to you, please
indicate so by writing 'NA' or choosing the 'Not Applicable' option.

Payment Methods
The delegate's fee for the programme covers accommodation, feeding, and use of hall(s)
for the duration of the programme.
For early birds, if payment is made by 30th December 2017, the cost of the event is £250
(all inclusive) for single occupancy and £225 per person for shared occupancy
(i.e. £450 for two people sharing).
After 30th December, delegate's fee for single occupancy will be £275 and double occupancy, £500.
Attendance is confirmed on payment of the relevant fee.
